Yes. Creating an account, searching for properties, and listing your first properties on the basic plan is completely free. No credit card is needed to get started. We offer paid plans for agents who want more listings, featured placements, and advanced tools.

No. Anyone can browse and search properties on Listmyproperty.ng without an account. However, you need a free Buyer account to save properties, send enquiries, and contact agents directly.

A Buyer / Tenant account lets you search, save, and enquire about properties. An Agent / Landlord account lets you list properties, receive enquiries, manage your listings, and get a verified badge. Both accounts are free to create.

Click "Register" at the top of any page or tap the Account icon at the bottom. Choose your account type — Buyer/Tenant or Agent/Landlord — and sign up with Google or your email address. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Use the search bar on the homepage — filter by state, city, property type (flat, duplex, land, shortlet, etc.), listing type (for rent or for sale), and your budget. You can also browse by state directly from the navigation menu.

Agents and landlords with a green Verified Badge have submitted identity and property documents that our team has reviewed. While we encourage verification, not every listing is verified. We recommend always visiting a property in person and confirming documents before making any payment.

On any property detail page you will find a WhatsApp button and an enquiry form. Clicking the WhatsApp button opens a chat directly with the agent. This is the fastest way to get a response — most agents reply within minutes.

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any property card or detail page to save it. You need a free Buyer account to access your saved list under "Saved" in the bottom navigation.

No. Contacting agents via WhatsApp or the enquiry form is completely free for buyers and tenants. We never charge buyers for leads.

Tap the "Report Listing" link on the property detail page. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. You can also email us at support@listmyproperty.ng with the property link and your concern.

Register or sign in to your Agent / Landlord account. Go to your Dashboard and tap "Add Listing." Fill in the property details, upload at least 3 photos, set your price, and publish. Your listing goes live immediately after admin review (usually within 2 hours).

The free Basic plan includes up to 5 active listings at a time. If you need more, our Pro and Premium plans offer unlimited listings along with featured placements and analytics. See our Pricing page for full details.

Enquiries come to you via WhatsApp (instant notification to your registered WhatsApp number) and through your dashboard Leads inbox. Make sure your WhatsApp number is correctly set in your profile settings.

Go to Dashboard → Verification. Upload a valid government-issued ID (NIN slip, driver's licence, or international passport) and a document confirming the property (C of O, deed of assignment, tenancy agreement, or agency authorisation letter). Our team reviews submissions within 24–48 hours on business days.

Yes. From your dashboard under "My Listings," you can edit details, add or remove photos, change the price, mark a property as sold/let, or delete the listing at any time.

From your dashboard, open any active listing and tap "Promote." You can choose a Featured listing (₦2,000 for 7 days) or a Sponsored placement at the very top of results (₦5,000 for 7 days). Payment is via Paystack or Flutterwave.

We accept payment via Paystack and Flutterwave, which support debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), bank transfers, and USSD. All transactions are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

Yes. We do not store your card details. All payments are handled by Paystack and Flutterwave — both are PCI-DSS compliant and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Listmyproperty.ng only receives a confirmation after your payment is processed.

Subscription plans and listing boosts are non-refundable once activated, as the service starts immediately. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support@listmyproperty.ng within 7 days and we will investigate.

No. We do not auto-renew subscriptions without your explicit action. You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your plan expires, and you can renew from your billing dashboard.

We use a combination of human review before listings go live, a community reporting system, agent identity verification, and automated checks for duplicate content. Agents with repeated violations are permanently banned.

Always visit the property in person before paying any money. Never pay a deposit before signing a written agreement. Verify the agent's identity and credentials. Insist on seeing original property documents (C of O, deed, survey plan). If an offer seems too good to be true, it almost certainly is.

Verified Badge agents have passed our identity check and submitted property documentation. While we do our best to vet, we cannot guarantee every transaction. Always exercise due diligence and never skip a physical inspection.

Check your spam or junk folder first — our emails sometimes land there. If it's not there, go to your account settings and click "Resend verification email." Still having trouble? Email support@listmyproperty.ng and we'll sort it out manually.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your registered email address and we'll send you a reset link valid for 60 minutes. If you signed up with Google, you'll need to use "Continue with Google" to sign in — no password reset is required.

You can request account deletion by emailing support@listmyproperty.ng with the subject "Delete My Account." We process deletion requests within 5 business days. Note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your listings, saved properties, and enquiry history.

Listmyproperty.ng is built as a Progressive Web App (PWA). On Android, tap the install prompt or go to your browser menu and choose "Add to Home Screen." On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen." You'll get a full app-like experience with fast load times.
