4. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data in the following circumstances:

With buyers/agents: Your publicly listed information (name, phone, WhatsApp, property details) is visible to other users as part of the property listing service.
Payment processors: Paystack and Flutterwave receive billing information to process your subscription payments. Both are regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
Email services: We use an email delivery service to send transactional messages on our behalf.
Analytics: We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to understand platform performance.
Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by Nigerian law, a court order, or a lawful government request.
Business transfer: If Listmyproperty.ng is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred. We will notify users before this occurs.

5. Cookies
